I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything was nicely organized. It was clear that the room had been thoroughly cleaned before I arrived. Overall, I was very happy with the cleanliness and would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the shower and the large bed. The attendant at the front desk was very helpful, even lending me a phone charger. The location was super convenient since it’s close to the metro. I asked for a room in the back (not facing the highway) and slept quite well.

This hotel is in a very industrial out of the way area on a very busy street with overhead traffic as well. Entry and lobby funky, very poorly maintained and dirty. Very low grade and very overpriced. Would never book again.

The crazy person yelling, yanking on my door and others, and threatening staff UNTIL 5AM. That's right, from midnight to 5am—no sleep. And guess what? I spent hundreds for the room and they only gave me $50 dollars back for being terrorized all night. If you want a taste of lowlife NY from the 1970s, this is the place I recommend. I can't say enough bad things about that night.

Rough outside. Breakfasts not healthy not even some fruits. Pancake cookery is old always sticking the batter even if you sprayed oil both sides. Overrated room rate.

Overall, the room was clean but towels had a few stains. The shower water pressure was not strong. The furniture showed some wear and tear. The elevator was limited in space and hard to use with a double stroller. The nightly rate of over $300 was too much for the quality of this hotel. The staff was very helpful. The crib was already in the room when we arrived so that was very helpful. Our stay was very short so it served our purpose.

Last minute decision because of delays in travel. Property was a bit lackluster but in general not bad for a night sleep albeit next to a major freeway. The lady at the front was very friendly and assisted with our enquiries.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as offered bag check services before and after our stay, the room had its own air conditioning unit which was extremely helpful with the heat advisory the final day of our stay and everything was very well maintained. An elevator with access to all the floors including the basement was pointed out during check in and the basement included a microwave available for communal use which was extremely helpful. Check in and check out went very smooth, however I am still waiting to make sure the $50 deposit was refunded to my card
