“I stayed at this property 3 different times during February 2026 up until today. I travel for work and have stayed at different hotels and this, by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My 1st stay, i overlooked some things bc I dont like to complain, house keeping was supposed to come in and restock towels and remove dirty ones, empty trash restock toilet paper, ect. “First time visiting Salem & the Salem Inn did not disappoint! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! It’s so cozy & cute & in a PERFECT location! All of the major sights to see are in a walkable distance as well as the train station if you need to go into to Boston. Another major plus was the breakfast included! Very delicious and the inn keeper could not have been any sweeter! We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!”
