「This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! The shower drain was a...

「Very nice」

「The hotel is not as advertised. Photos posted in hotels.com isn’t updated. Renovated after covid and is not as glamorous as shown. There is a big construction site in front of the hotel which starts work from 6am. Cannot sleep well as the aircon is so noisy. No breakfast and no swimmming pool. The gym is tiny」

「Right in the heart of Shanghai, you can't find a better place to stay. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The registration process is a little different than a hotel. But the staff walk you through the entire process. I have already booked another 2 nights with this company at a separate property and am looking forward to my stay. You will not find a better deal than this.」
