“Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked……

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Recommend”

“L’hôtel est bien mais les chambres méritent un léger rafraîchissement. Buffet correct mais très européen…”

“Miryam was amazing and very welcoming. I felt I was at home. The area was safe and well lit up. The house was very cosy and authentic. Thank you so much x”

“Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. ”

“环境感觉还行，舒适度不错。离市区非常的近。”

“Super strandnah, mega freundliches Personal”

“Service sehr schlecht”

“Next to train station, beach, and medina, excellent location. Indoor heated pools with whirlpools was fantastic. Staffs were helpful.”

“Expérience horrible . Hôtel plus que médiocre . Personnel de l hôtel incompétent qui bloque l accès à la chambre parce qu’ils ont fait une erreur de taxe de séjour . ”

“I liked mr kamal of the bar... And miss soussou.. Love her”

“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“Everything was not bad overall. The room was clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was decent, and the beach view was enjoyable.”

“Bon rapport qualité-prix, Chambre propre et personnel accueillant”
