"The place is great, except for the non-functioning fridge in the room (214), which makes noise like it's working but it isn't. Also, the wifi isn't connecting, my wife had a conversation with the staff about it to no avail."

"The hotel is safe and a little bit clean, it could be better. I was lodged in the 5th floor room 533, the light kept going off every 5mins, so so bad, for the period of time I was in the room, the light went off 7 times . Their food quality is so so bad, its need more improvement. From cleanliness point of view, they could do a little better in their dusting and vacuuming. Try to wash your carpet from stain."

"Very nice property 10 minutes from the airport - the only negative is there is no elevator .. but they do have porters for your bags "

"The hotel is not fit fit purpose. The room and bathroom were full of roaches and other crawlers. Regretted booking it."

"Reasonably clean, need to work on water. The not too clean. Rooms on first floor needs fixing modern amenities. Staffs very helpful and polite. Need to do more on food, more protein should be provided, instead of chicken."

"When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel."
