"The resort itself was amazing, the views, the weather, the hotel room it was all great. the only thing we were disappointed with was the food. the food was HORRIBLE not only did it taste bad but i got the worst food poisoning of my life and threw up around 20 times. and no i didn’t drink the water. i only had food from the resort and nowhere else. "

"We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view of the sea and no bird watching in the morning. "

"While the villa was lovely and the staff friendly, 8/12 people got norovirus.This was not a lovely way to end end a family vacation."

"The room was lovely. Views superb, quiet, apart from a bit of traffic. However, we couldn’t use our credit card to check in, had to use cash. We weren’t the only guests this happened to. They xanclled our last 2 nights, with a week’s notice and offered no compensation. We later learned everyone had been cancelled to accommodate a wedding..surely they knew about this more than a week ahead! The advertised airport shuttle did not exist. Neither did the advertised coffee machine in the room, although there was a large communal kitchen . Would not recommend this hotel, except for the wonderful location and good pools."

"We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was accomadating to us and it really was a nice stay. We deffinately enjoyed the cabana. It was very comfortable and served us well. The hot water wasn't working but we were able to use a different cabanas shower. "

"The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one)."

"Unbelievable. Quiet spot, removed from the town. A gorgeous hike to encourage seeing more of the towns sites."
