"Dirty and gross"

"For the price it was comfortable and quiet for one night. I was alone and saying that it would be tight quarters for two people. Bathroom very small with just enough room for a toilet and tub. Room was clean but there was a hairline crack along the tile in the tub area."

"AC was leaking water. Reported to front desk and we were promised a different room because tech couldn’t fix it. Left for an appointment and when we returned, another staff at the front desk didn’t believe us when we asked for a different room. She went to the room and confirmed it was leaking but said there was no availability. She then contacted the staff from the previous shift and confirmed everything. Finally found another room. It was a frustrating experience and made us feel we were lying. We were tired and wanted to rest but had to wait at the front desk to deal with this issue. The issue was poorly managed and left us with a bad taste. "

"Excellent home location in quiet residential area close to many main attractions. Wonderfully equipped home with comfortable furnishings, lovely fenced in yard for our dog, and added benefit of ample paper products, soaps, laundry products, etc. The owner is very responsive to all questions. Thank you! We would love to return in the future. Tim and Heidi O’Donnell"

"The staff were nice, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time so there was a significant wait, there were a number of people in the lobby waiting. Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either."
