Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure. It happened to snow the first night of our stay, and we were pleased to see that she made sure her outdoor porch and steps had been promptly shoveled and salted.
