“The staff Charlene was excellent with making sure room was clean and making sure we had enough linens and towels. Briana was helpful with check in and Gloria was great on check out day great staff.”

“Everything went well. The lady up front was very accommodating on arrival. The buffet room was very nice size, but there were no signs posted that we saw, saying you could get an omelette cooked for you. We only noticed this after we’d already gotten our breakfast from the bar. The setup for that was really the only letdown. Clean Hotel and comfortable beds”

“This hotel is located close to Canton and Akron. Convenient for our stay. So disappointed in the front desk staff. Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. This happened three of the four days when we asked the front desk questions. Same person. Room service was iffy. They didn't replenish the coffee or the drinking cups and on two of the days the bed was never made up. These may sound petty……

“Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours.”

“I booked a room [136] with the expectation of relaxing. Unfortunately, I woke up to an infestation of ants (in the bed with me, in the bathroom and nightstand). I called the front desk to learn that this is a known issue. Being greeted my ants was not listed on the disclaimer I signed. I felt disrupted and clearly not at ease.”

“We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). We had a 2 night stay and they didn't clean our room at all. When we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, we were given clean towels right away, but they didn't even apologize or……

“At least 30 or 40 free range children, running around unsupervised. Ding dong ditching, hollering and screaming until at least 1am. Throwing stuff at vehicles. Multiple people setting off fireworks in the parking lot. Would never consider going back”

“We stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. I’m trying to not sound prejudice but the property is under new Indian ownership and has gone downhill severely. All the furniture in the lobby was so stained and dirty you didn’t want to sit in any of the chairs or couches. Lot of burned out lights in the lobby, only one elevator worked. The bar didn’t have any beers on tap like they did before, I ordered a Gin & Tonic and requested a lime as well. The bartender didn’t want to give me one and……
