“We were staying for work and found ourselves very disappointed with the unit. Communication was almost null and extremely delayed. Appliances did not work properly, they need to be periodically inspected. There is no way to control temperatures and we found ourselves waking up sweating after a 12hr. shift at the hospital taking care of the community’s health needs. It became very frustrating to finally communicate with the service and to never receive any solutions nor call backs to our basic……

“It was easy to check in and communicate. The place looked brand new and was very clean. Location to downtown was good, neighborhood was ok. To park, you have to take one of the side streets and then there is an alley way that takes you behind the units to concrete parking pads (each pad is big enough for 2 cars). Pillows could be more supportive, but that would be my only note, otherwise I think it was good value and very clean.”

“We loved the rental, it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and everything was functional. Also the kitchen was also clean & fully functional. Entry was simple & secure with a keypad entry lock. I spent two nights at the rental to visit my Cousins who live in Port Charlotte. There was a lot of beautiful sites to see in Port Charlotte. We had a night out on Friday at “The Twisted Fork” which is a huge restaurant/bar venue with live music on the weekends that……
