"Absolutely fantastic! Exactly what we were looking for… close to the beach, well equipped and very comfortable. Beach is across the street (walking distance) and the Bay is about 100 yards behind the house. Beautiful! We highly recommend"

"Very clean home with everything you need. Grill, chairs, beach umbrella, grill, and bikes. There is even a bin full of beach toys for little ones. The beach sign does say dogs have to be leashed on beach. We will definitely be coming back."

"The host is amazing. She goes above and beyond, very attentive. The house is not beach front. There are two large, fenced homes under construction blocking ocean. View from the porch is those homes and workers so we kept shades closed. We were disappointed to find the private beach was down the road. The fire pit wasn't in the yard, it's at the beach. Host manages AC and guests must text her to have temp adjusted. The house is nicely decorated. Ice maker and microwave wouldn't work. No ROKU remotes for TVs. Very nice host, disappointing views."

COCO BUNGALOW - All new w/ heated pool, bikes, beach equipment & more

"Coco Bungalow is one of the best vacation rentals ever! The moment we walked in we knew that we were in the most tranquil, beautiful, private spot. The house is spacious with attention to every detail evident in the tasteful decor and quality amenities. The furniture including the beds is comfortable. The bed and bath linens are soft, plush, and plentiful. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking and dining needs. (The dishes are adorable!) We spent a good amount of time in the pool and on the lanai. Loved the very clean outdoor shower. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, in the living room, and on the lanai. We didn’t use the bikes but there are 4 of them all appearing to be basically new. Heading to the beach??? There are chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, toys, shell scoopers, and more with a wagon to tote it all. Speaking of the beach - it is a short walk to an expansive beach. I walked the beach in the morning and at sunset. We went to nearby Stump Pass during the day. Trevor was a wonderful host. We are happy to have had the opportunity to meet him in person and so very thankful that he is sharing this special place. Can’t wait to return!"

Charming Old Florida Beach Cottage with Gulf View - Just 60 Steps to Beach!

"The property was exactly as advertised. It was so clean, you couldn’t tell anyone else had stayed there. Everything is new and very comfortable.The host, Scott, was easy to get in touch with and very helpful with any questions.The property is only a few steps from the beach and in a quiet and uncrowded area.Our overall experience was excellent and we highly recommend staying there!!Great sunsets as well!"

"Great communication from host. Great location, less than 200’ from front door to ankle deep in the Gulf. Great view from multiple balconies. Parking is under the condo and can be challenging as it is really tight between the building columns, but I did not have any problems with a 4 door F150 getting in or out. Would definitely stay again."
