"Coco Bungalow is newly renovated and everything is new and clean and I mean clean. This home is well stocked with dishes and towels etc… The house was very easy to find and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We found plenty of sharks teeth here. Instructions for entering the house and leaving were easy and Trevor is very easy to talk with. We had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly. They also welcomed us with a gift card for our 45th anniversary. They also welcome everyone with a bucket filled with assorted goodies like sunscreen, keurig coffee pods, mouthwash etc… Highly recommended."

The location was unbeatable and steps to the beautiful, blue ocean and there was hardly anyone on the beach area. The house had absolutely everything we needed. We appreciated the nice beach gear and the stainless cookware. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. The owner was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Would 100% recommend staying here. Great surrounding restaurants as well, with tons to do around the area."

"Very nice condo. Great beach vibe. We saw Sheepshead (fish), crabs and other small fish right by the dock. A manatee swam right next to the dock as we were standing there! The private beach access is only for the sure-footed and depends on the tide. This is out of the owner's control. Large 'boulders' have been placed to slowdown erosion. It is a great place to watch the sunset. Go to one of the other beautiful beaches nearby to hunt for shark teeth and enjoy the water. "
