“Was a good stay. Everything seemed to be clean, beds were comfortable. No complaints.”

“We were assigned a room in the old motel building (separate from the main building) which I didn’t even know existed when making the reservation because it’s barely visible in the background of one of the exterior pictures. Fortunately it was updated, clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath/shower could use some additional updating though. The shower head was small and lacked water pressure. I was thankful I didn’t have to wash my long hair as it would’ve taken a lot of time and work to……

“The room was clean, the grounds were immaculate and there is a lot of grass to walk our dog on. The bed was very comfortable. Close to town but not right in town; only minutes from the beautiful boardwalk along the Lake Michigan beach. It was a lovely stay”

“The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to……

“We stayed two nights here so we could go to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Our room was on the second floor and had a balcony with a nice view of Lake Superior. The room was a decent size. Breakfast was included, which is a nice touch. We were able to walk into town for meals, though it wasn't comfortable due to no sidewalk. The man who checked us in was very helpful with maps and recommendations. When we had a small issue in the room, he came right up to address it. Our sleep was peaceful……

“The rooms are poorly soundproofed and shaded, we got bitten by mosquitoes at night. The servers are kindly and friendly, but they don’t even sever hot water. ”

“It’s in perfect location. Quiet setting. All is in walking distance to marina, food market and restaurants. It’s clean with all necessities such as air conditioning, refrigerator etc. there’s even coffee, ice on site and sauna rooms too!”
