“Beautiful cabin in a fantastic location. Sally and her husband are so warm and welcoming and made the whole stay an absolute delight. The cabin itself is cute and cosy and has everything you need. The location is great and has a lovely little pub with great food just a couple of minutes walk away. There are plenty of walks straight from your doorstep. Sally told us to take apples and pears from her orchard and we have just made yummy apple pies with them. So thankyou for that. ”

“The setting was beautiful as was the lodge for the most part, only complaints are the pull out bed in the living room and would of been nice if the hosts warmed the cabin up before arrival”

“Spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped for such a small property. Hosts were really friendly, welcoming and helpful, explaining the best route to where I needed to go. Bed was very comfortable and the property had its own heating system that could be controlled by the guest for their ideal temperature. Very well-insulated - property stayed warm all day while I was out with the heating turned to minimum. Only a short distance to filling station up or down the road it's on, plenty of……

“From start to finish everything was just perfect! Directions to find the hut were clear and check in was easy, the hut was beautiful and had everything you need for a lovely little weekend away. The hot tub was amazing - sitting out under the stars enjoying a drink or two! We ordered more wood for the hot tub and it was dropped off to us in no time at all. We took a short drive to Belvoir castle for coffee & cake - a nice little place to have a look round if you fancy getting out and about.……

“The cabin was ideal for my elderly mother, step free throughout meant she was happy and so were we knowing she was safe. The parking area and paths to the cabin were paved so very easy access for her rolator or for anyone with a buggy or wheelchair that has trouble navigating gravel!Extremely quiet, lovely views in a perfect location.”
