“Toilet clogged, no plunger available, no manager or maintenance on duty, could not relocate room as hotel full capacity. Only 1 employee on duty. Had to send my husband out to walgreens. R5 minutes round trip to get a plunger to fix our toilet so we would have a working restroom. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend as hotel is poorky managed and not staffed well.”

“Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.”

“No pool functioning, room lock didn’t work repeatedly, holes in the pillow cases. Disgusting and disappointed at a high price”

“German cockroaches in the room, ceiling in the bathroom cracked and falling in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t even touch breakfast. ”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“The room could better renovated there were stains on the walls, peeling paint, mold stains on the wall, hair in the bathroom, the toilet would move like it’s not bolted down, there was a loud sound from the fridge and burn holes in covers. Staff was amazing quick and nice. It was decent for a place to sleep for 3 days definitely needs some up keep.”

“Check in process was long. We walked in our room to a dead roach next to the sink by the entry door, stains on pillow cases and mattress covers, and an abundance of trash under the pull out sofa. Room smelled of mildew and the air conditioner and air circulation didn’t do much to help. No ice anywhere on the property, women’s restroom on the first floor was out of order, and the plumbing needs updated because our toilet stopped up numerous times. Also breakfast was cold, and what was edible……

“Overbooked their rooms and left us with a reservation but no room. We were traveling from Florida with a newborn and they had no rooms even though we had reserved one. Super upset that it left us with no where to go as other hotels nearby were sold out for the night too. ”

“The room could have been better taken care of but the a/c worked fine, the front desk staff was very nice. My only real complaint would be our room did not have a microwave or fridge vut that was it!”

“Good location. Towels were dirty. There was unidentifiable stuff on the walls. Carpet and fabric chairs were filthy. Bed was clean and bugless. ”

“Breakfast was literally a granola bar, oatmeal pie cake, small honey bun cake, & juice. The room was cleaned ok. The staff was not the friendliest but not the meanest. The pool had an animal buy it and i didnt see a gym if they had one. But ok stay if u not really going to be in room. But tgey do need to upgrade their towels & covers. Dingy & stained.”
