「La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y cabe destacar que la comida es deliciosa. Desayunamos y almorazamos en el hotel, totalmente recomendado si se quieren relajar en manzanillo. Las sabanas y las almohadas muy comodas, el cuarto tiene baño privado lo que es genial, tiene televisor, closet y aire...

「Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse...

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「This hotel is nice, the beach is also nice but it has several flaws. Expect that other hotel guests sitting next to you at the beach will play temendously loud music. Do not expect this as a place to rest Airplanes take off right next door, noise Wild birds eat from the buffet. Avoid the buffet to avoid any bird carried disease Pillows are terribly tall. They do not compare to the Hilton pillows for example」

「This was my second time staying here, and overall I had a great experience again. I booked a king ocean view room and it was absolutely beautiful the view was amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well, and the hotel overall has a great atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable. Coming from someone in the cleaning business, I did notice that a deeper cleaning here and there could help in some areas, but nothing major enough to affect my stay. Breakfast was good, but I’d love to see a few...

「El hotel es muy lindo y está ubicado en pleno centro histórico de Cartagena. En general todo muy bien pero una de nuestras habitaciones no tenía ventanas y eso desmejoró la percepción de la estadía. El personal es realmente atento y amable.」
