「The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

「This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived.」

We could not get our suitcases up the stairwell which was too tight. There is great outdoor space, but we went in the winter and it was too cold to enjoy it all. 「We’ll start with the positives: owner was responsive to questions and concerns; location was a short walk to The Island where we could watch the sunset over the water. Beyond that it was, sadly, a disappointment. The front yard/entry was overgrown so the entry path wasn’t useable. The house itself is dated and shows obvious wear, and hadn’t been used in a while. There were clumps of dust in the corners, burrs in the carpet, old, mismatched, dirty dishes & glasses and so much mold in the master...
