“Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel”

“Clean room, staff was helpful, air-conditioning was very nice and you cannot hear it. Very silent room was very nice and cool. I had a microwave refrigerator, which is great just for myself.”

“The hotel itself is in great condition and looks well maintained, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service is on the level of a hostel rather than a proper hotel. The staff give the impression that they’re doing you a favor instead of simply doing their job, which makes interactions frustrating. Room service is practically nonexistent. Our room was cleaned, but no fresh shampoo or shower gel was provided. After calling four times with no result, I had to……

“It was clean and nice but noisy traffic and music all night from the road area also it said it had a kitchenette and it did not in our room that we got, but other than that it was good.”

“Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was outstanding!!! We had a car rental so the location wasn’t an issue however if you don’t have a car it wouldn’t be as convenient. Would highly recommend if your plan is to travel the island all week like we did. Great stay, clean and delicious breakfasts ”

“The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. ”

“Check in was bad. We waited until after 4 to get in room and they were still finishing cleaning our room at a bad location in the lower level. Elevator near the room is not working. The hotel is in a good location near Sonesta Hotel and Sunset bar in the Maho area.”
