“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka.
However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean,
- first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half.
- I feel the carpet had something to bite
- sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full
- room service will laid part of the quilt on the……

“Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean.
Our room was nice and spacious and clean.
Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around.
Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg.
Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us).

“Havelocck place est un hôtel situé au calme d’une impasse. C’est avant tout un lieu plein de charme mais un peu vieillissant. Tables de nuit instables, pas d’interrupteur sur la lampe de chevet ( il faut faire le tour du lit pour enlever la prise!). Petite courette qui pourrait être sympa mais inutilisable car sale et chaises rouillées. Par contre, le personnel est vraiment charmant et au petit soin. Petit déjeuner copieux au restaurant Gini dans l’hôtel. ”

“We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time.”
