“Great property, most of the staff were super kind and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing that bothered me were the guests at 7am in the pool screaming and wilding out and then again until 10:30pm when we were told that noisy times were between 9am -9pm. My husband is Mexican, I speak Spanish very well and the ladies at breakfast weren’t nice to me and making remarks thinking I didn’t understand the first morning so I sent my husband for the next days. Overall it’s a great……

“Esta muy bonito el hotel”

“The room was large and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The food at the restaurant was very good although they were closed a couple of the days/times we wanted to eat. In a safe area and walking distance to everything you could need. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Simply Wow! A magical location surrounded by lush gardens with beautiful lake views, a dock with many hammocks and stairs to access the water. Highly recommend this place and I look forward going back. ”

“Nice hotel in bacalar! The breakfast was good as well and the staff was very helpful. The only bad thing is the lack of light in the room even with the light on but not a major issue. Would recommend as it is close to the lake and restaurants ”

“Love the smaller surrounding. Easy to walk to everything. Rooms a nice size and added plus with full kitchen. Pool could use more chairs. Would be nice to get English on the tv. We enjoyed our time! ”

“What wonderful and pleasant location. Directly on the Lagoon and right next to Cenote Esmeralda. Restaurant serves excellent food and tasty drinks. Our room was wonderful. It was cleaned daily and turn down service was included. The staff greets you with genuine hospitality and are extremely helpful. The Centro (town) is only 1.6 miles away. ”
