We had such a wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Alberto Alvarez at the front desk—he was truly exceptional! He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, and his kindness did not go unnoticed. The breakfast could use a little more variety, but everything else was lovely.
