“The room was clean but I would have liked a safe and sheer curtains it didn't feel private or secure. The staff were friendly but their energy i found wanting and not customer focused. Having said that Charlie and Makency were the exception and were very helpful to me. The bar was very badly looked after lots of tables not cleared quickly and very slow service. “The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel.
