What a wonderful experience, even before travelling out the communication from Laurence and the team was fantastic, the staff here are so thoughtful and really do care about you, giving you great advice and suggestions about what to do and where do go, without any pressure being put on you. We were celebrating a birthday whilst in Marrakech and the staff went out of their way to make it a really special time. The riad itself is beautiful, very traditional decor which is what you want in a riad, it has everything you need, the location is fantastic, giving you a great base to explore Marrakech, breakfast is spot on and plenty. When we return to Morocco we'll definitely be staying here. Thank you for everything you did for us.

The Riad is beautiful! I was welcomed by snack and tea. The room was very luxurious Moroccan. The breakfast was also tasty with substantial amount, including homemade yoghurt! They were kind to serve the breakfast early on my check out day so I could enjoy before my early tour. Only suggestion was to make the air conditioner cooler. Not a problem since it was already autumn while I was there but maybe warm for summer.

We had the most amazing stay at the riad Charme D'Orient! Laurence was delightful and her staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was in great conditions, we loved the breakfast and we also took advantage of the Hammam treatments on our last day (to pay separately). The riad is near the Medina but away from the chaos. We received great assistance and care, from booking our taxi to advice on places to visit, etc. We would highly recommend and we hope to go back one day!

I cannot fault this place. It was great from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they arranged our taxis to and from the airport as well as a day trip to the waterfalls. Breakfast was tasty with a variety to choose from. The room was gorgeous and very clean. The location was perfect, a short walk to the square but was still peaceful and tranquil. Every member of staff were incredibly nice, hospitable, friendly and attentive. Right from the beginning we felt incredibly welcomed. They were all very informative and were able to help us make bookings, arrive from the airport, and even allowed us to leave our bags here after check out so we could continue exploring the souks. The breakfast that was provided was a generous spread, offering Moroccan tea, coffee, yogurts, fruit, omelettes, cake and more, accompanied by fresh orange juice. The bedrooms and reception are beautifully decorated, clean, and a good size for 2. The rooftop is perfect with ample comfortable seating, with access to the jacuzzi and pool downstairs. We have already decided if we were to come back to Marrakech, this Riad will be the go to place to stay!

I stayed at this riad for a week and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The service was excellent; the staff and even the owner herself went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place was very clean and always smelling fresh. And the breakfast was delicious, everything fresh and homemade. I highly recommend staying there. To pay for your stay, if, like me, I chose the option to pay upon arrival when booking, it must be in cash. If it's by card, you must have a PayPal account to pay.
