Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. If we come back to Marrakech in the future, we hope to see our friends from the Riad Livia once again! The pool on the terrace and the dinner on the terrace were both incredible too!

The staff was incredible, breakfast was amazing, and overall we really enjoyed our stay at Livia. My wife and I were there for 3 nights as part of a 10 year wedding anniversary trip and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

A little oasis in the madness and chaos. Typical stylish Moroccan decor. A fabulous breakfast was offered every day. You can order mocktails and fruit anytime. Simone gave us excellent service through out our stay and nothing was too much trouble … organising cars and booking restaurants etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Livia. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm, creating a relaxing and authentic atmosphere throughout our visit. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. My daughter and I wanted to experience an authentic stay in a traditional Moroccan riad, so we booked with Riad Livia, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Mohamed and Yousef went above and beyond to help us coordinate our transportation and activities, making our trip stress free and enjoyable. Our room was even more beautiful than we expected. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had very comfortable beds, a large closet, and a roomy bathroom. On our first night, we had dinner at the riad, and it was one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in Morocco. The breakfast each morning was also fresh and absolutely delicious. The riad offers several beautiful areas to relax, including a peaceful rooftop with a pool that was perfect for unwinding after exploring Marrakech. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Riad Livia to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality ♥️🇲🇦

Great riad, would like to return

Only stayed one night while passing through but we would certainly return. Lovely little riad with excellent service, room was beautiful. We really appreciated the fact we were given some breakfast on the morning we left even though we were leaving before breakfast had officially started.

The Riad is amazing. It’s a sanctuary away from all the madness Marrakech has to offer. The Riad is very well decorated and designed, cool in the day and just right at night. Super clean and the staff are always on hand to answer any questions, they really couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was perfect and on the roof terrace, a great way to start the day. Small plunge pool to cool down, with sun beds. Plenty of shade and cool spots should you want them. The owner has done an amazing job and you will have no complaints should you book this Riad. Easy to walk to the square, the staff even arranged for a simm on our arrival to help us get about. If you book the Riad you will not be disappointed.

Best advice is to make sure that the taxi driver and the receptionist talk together before you arrive. You will NOT find the rihad on your own in the dark. The riad itself is perfect, and the staff is 10/10.

Location: the Riad Livia is tucked away in the old Medina, just enough to be a peace haven but one only has to walk 5min to be immersed in the bustling walking streets of Marrakech, with the souk and the Jemaa-al-fna equidistant (15min walk). The taxi drop off/pick up is also very close. Our room (the suite) was of good size, with great decorations and charms. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and generous to our taste. We would also recommend dining there. We did it for our first night and in the lovely settings of the Riad, it really set the scene for our break in Marrakech. The menu was full of flavour and generous. And the hospitality was fantastic. Youssef, Seymour and the team were real stars, professional, friendly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Riad and honestly could not have wished for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and hospitality. The Riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and full of authentic charm — the perfect place to relax and enjoy Morocco. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service from Mohamed and Jusuf. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Both were always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. No request was ever too much, and they always helped us with a smile. They made us feel more like friends than guests. Mohammed was incredibly helpful with recommendations, organization, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Jusuf was equally fantastic — always positive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. These two are a huge reason why this place feels so special. The breakfast was also absolutely incredible — easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had during a trip. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. Every morning was something we genuinely looked forward to. The atmosphere, the food, the service, and the people were all exceptional. Riad Livia was one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakech. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop was absolutely my favorite part—I found myself wanting to stay there instead of going out because it was so peaceful and beautiful. A special thank you to Youssef and Simo, who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect: about a 10-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, close enough to enjoy all the action but far enough away for quiet, restful nights. The walk back was also a great way to burn off all the delicious Moroccan food! I highly recommend Riad Livia and would gladly stay there again.

Our stay at Riad Livia was absolutely amazing. We experienced great hospitality from all the staff members. Especially Simo, Yousef and Mohammad. They were all very pleasant, polite and professional. From our first day Simo and Yousef were very attentive to our needs. They answered all of our questions, gave great advice, guidance and recommendations.
