「Beautiful location surrounded by stunning nature, with amazing rooms and a breakfast of a very high standard. However, the grounds and overall maintenance do not reflect the level expected from a Relais & Châteaux or Michelin Key property. There were dry leaves and weeds throughout the territory, and several trees appeared infested or dying. 「这个地方真的太漂亮了，到处都可以见到松鼠，早上还有猴子在树上和地上走，傍晚的时候可以看到成群的巨型蝙蝠，晚上还会有很多的萤火虫，非常的安静，很适合度假养生，美中不足的是房间没有电视也没有WIFE，基本上住客们晚上9点多就睡觉，早上5点起来去练瑜珈」

「Great location and hotel design but terrible terrible terrible customer service because the hotel management is sorely lacking any systems to ensure a good stay. There are so many issues here - the staff don’t seem to care, drink and food orders never arrive, despite repeated requests and even the offers of free food from management to address the issues experienced didn’t arrive. Many customers are experiencing the same issues. Definitely not worth the cost, stay elsewhere! 」

「Nice property but service was lacking. The staff were a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests. At one restaurant they had one staff member working during peak lunch time. This translated to long waits for food and delivery of cold food. Breakfast was a zoo.」
