Both the lady who served me for a wonderfully cooked evening meal on the first night of my stay …. To the lady who served my breakfast on both mornings! Kind consideration given to ensuring my stay was comfortable, happy & willing to go that extra mile if necessary. Huge thanks to all x」

「Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Penrith, which is a lovely town. Hotel has parking, which is really useful as it was hard to come by in the town itself when I was there.
