「Fantastic place 」

「Disappointed and will NOT recommend I contacted the Parklane directly before my trip , double confirmed it was 2x bed rooms , 2 bathrooms. however, only 1 bathroom. a Stair inside the room, BUT no one mentioned it during my conversation to hotel before booking, and no indication in webpage. Absolute not enough HOT water for bathing in Feb 2-8 degree . One good thing is best location. 」

「Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return.」
