「I have lost count of how often i have stayed at The Mariner's.....well into double figures over the past 18 months alone. As a former native of Haverfordwest, i know the town exceptionally well. 「We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. 」
