「Food was ok Room budget ok, Staff Reception lady ok, restuarant lady friendly and patient. Bar Staff surly not impressed. Booked through booking .com booked 2 rooms 1 double and 1 twin for £70 each Actually paid for 2 rooms £72 each and it was 2 doubles」

「The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. It just needs a bit deeper clean and there was piles of rubbish just outside the kitchen. The room was also a bit tired. Beds were comfy and there was tea, coffee,...

「The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good.」

「We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. 」

「It’s an old property with limited amenities. But it’s well kept and clean. Price is on higher side based on what they offer. Food at restaurants and breakfast are very good. So don’t go out for food if you are staying here.」
