Relaxing getaway with family and friends

Loads of space and a very tranquil private property. So close to jervis bay and activities. Kids (and adults!) loved the cinema, pool and spa. Adults additionally loved the coffee machine. Manager and owner a pleasure to deal with and such friendly people.

A beautiful rural property in close proximity to Jervis bay and South Coast attractions.

The property well suited our family get together. It is fully equipped for large groups and has plenty of space for outside activities. The weather was not kind to us, so the indoor pool, spa and home theatre were fully utilised during our stay.

A great place to stay.

The house is enormous and very well decorated. The indoor pool is fantastic fun and the highlight of our stay. The outlook from the back deck was amazing and watching kangaroos in the morning and afternoon was our grandchildren’s favourite. Being able to take your pet was a bonus too. Will go again.

Staying at Springbank House

Lease tenure : 28/12/2024- 2/1/2025Our time at Springbank house has been most enjoyable. Members of the family fully utilized the facilities in the house and beyond eg.beaches, waterways and scenic drives.Whilst it was a positive experience overall, it was a case of “getting to know the house and surrounds “ where some deficiencies were noted as follows :-* 2 of the 3 lights on the outside decking are not working* Wooden seat panels became detached in the spa bath and it ceased operation when the circuit breaker switch activated.* The right side ceramic grill burner would not ignite in the BBQ* The air conditioner filter pad was covered with a layer of dust and required replacement.* The new pepper grinder did not work..the grinding mechanism was jammed. The screw cap was damaged in attempts to use this item* The sliding door from the eastern upstairs bedroom to the shower/WC was off its track and jammed open.* Palm leaves and broken garden lighting detracted from the appearance of the house.* The underwater pool lights are not functioning.* The floor drain cover in the upstairs WC moves. * It was necessary to fully utilize the bedroom accommodation to temporarily secure the picnic blanket to the window adjoining the pool area thus creating privacy. The TV remote in this room does not work.* As an ageing person I found the lack of hand rails on the front steps, steps from the garage to the house and to the BBQ difficult to navigate ,in some circu
