“This is an excellent place if you have kids The playroom was an excellent distraction it kept them occupied and the location is perfect it's right between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg,!! They also have a second cabin that's bigger than the one we stayed in so if you have a big family it's perfect for everyone if you got both,!!”

“Clean property and centrally located to everything! Nice outdoor space.”

“What we liked. The room was very nice and clean. The facility was nice. A few hiccups in our room though. We had a couple outlets in the kitchen that did not work. The coffee maker was iffy at best, but it did work. No coffee filters in the kitchen either for the coffee maker. We left the big pack of coffee filters we bought for the next guest. There were also no tongs to use in the kitchen, so we left a pair of them as well. Only other thing is we only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in bathroom……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Property was good for the nightly rate on Halloween weekend. Convenient to restaurants to walk to. Room was clean but outdated, could really use a renovation. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults. Beds were advertised as queen's but were most likely full. Beds were crowded for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Microwave and refrigerator were a good plus. No bugs were observed during our stay. Doors open directly to the sidewalk and parking lot. There was a 2nd floor exterior……

“Very good.”

“Spotless room, very friendly front desk staff. The breakfast they offered was very tasty and fresh. Will definitely stay here again”

“Away from the Parkway so it was very quiet but close enough that you could see it from my window. It is right off Teaster Ave so getting around Pigeon Forge is a lot easier than getting on 441. Very affordable rates too.”

“This is an older 2 story outdoor corridor motel that has been refurbished. We found the rooms to be clean, parking to be plentiful and the location to be perfect for Pigeon Forge access. With the included breakfast, this is probably the best low cost value in the city for tourists who want a bed for the night at the best price. The rooms were larger that the standard Red Roof that I would compare it with. The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was adequate but nothing fancy. Scrambled……
