“Jay at check in was wonderful, his personality was wonderful. Clean comfortable, easy parking. ”

“One of Elevators did not work the entire time we were there. The shower faucet handle in our room fell off. There was no hot water.”

“Not a typical Holiday Inn. Building old. Doesn't smell the best. It was clean. The big issue is the toilet was SUPER LOW. Like if someone were older and or had knee issues it would be a major issue. I've never seen a toilet so low. ”

“There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response.……

“Pool heater was broke so water was ice cold, staff was nice, rooms are extremely small. Says sleeps four and it has two bed but its very cramped. ”

“Pretty run down. Clearly been in heavy use for decades without much up keep. Staff was kind, and things were decently clean. Just a bit run down. ”

“Water wouldn’t work in the morning, so no Shower. Shade on window was super thin and was right by outside pole light so it was like the lights were on inside room. Also right next to highway so a lot of road noise as well as a noisy heating unit. The exhaust fan in bathroom was super loud also. Breakfast was very good. ”

“Stayed 5 nights: 1st night, after driving 8 hours, realized the TV was not working due to a very obvious faulty hook-up cable situation, which I offered to fix myself as it was an easy fix & I was ready for Golden Girls & sleep. Went to speak to the lady, sitting on the lounge area couch on her phone, who informed me there was nothing anyone could do & put a work order in to be fixed the next day. I had just booked the room online, knew there were vacancies, & asked if we could just do a quick……

“The hotel is dingy. Makeshift. Noisy at times. It’s as clean as it could be given its condition. However, the employees were very nice and did their best to be accommodating.”
