“The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in.”

“The hotel.is in a great location. However, our room had a malfunctioning air conditioner, very old school. It was either an ice box or you had to unplug it which the room would then get hot. Our second night it went from ice cold to blowing hot air. We didnt touch it. There was no wifi in our room either. We had some work to do on the laptop but couldnt do it in our room. The management didn't want to listen and said we were wrong. They were absolutely the worst part of our stay. Will never stay……

“The location of the property is special with a view of Lake Michigan and walking to Lake Michigan beach.”

“The room smelled like fish. Only two windows had screens so we could only get so much fresh air and it definitely wasn’t enough! A room with a King bed should expect two guests. There was one packet of regular coffee and one decaf. Seriously? Overall, room needs renovation. Rating it “okay” was generous.”

“Hotel pool was not operational even though on line they stated it was working. When I checked in I was told I did not have a double queen room and was told I could get two separate rooms even though I am traveling with a 10 year old and 13 year old. TV was not working. Called downstairs to get help and no one came. Went down stairs 30 minutes later and then someone followed me up. Overall I wish I could get my money back. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn again.”
