「The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside. the lady who staffed the breakfast serving was so patient and smiley giving terrific customer service. 「We stayed one night with our grandkids in a family room. Staff at check in were great - really helpful and friendly. Kids loved being able to use the pool. Breakfast was very good - fresh and plenty of vegan options. Although the room was a little dated it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. 」

「Room was clean and basic with good shower in the bathroom. Relatively small room with dated decor and could do with a refresh. functional and adequate if you just need a bed for the night. Adjoining pub is nice inside with outside terrace and local beer brewed onsight. Quick taxi or 15 minute walk from the centre of Ashby De La Zouch. Really nice engaging staff」
