"I like the location of this hotel. Easy access to trams on either Collins or Flinders St. Hotel is nice. We stayed in a Studio room with no housekeeping. The room wasnt as nice as the one we stayed in here previously but that's what we paid for so cant complain. The shower could have been better and the room needed a rubbish bin other than the small bathroom one but overall it was nice that suited our needs and we would definitely stay here again."

"Location and price was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was good all round, the only issue I experienced was the hot water was mildly warm on the one morning… not quite sure what happened there."
