"This Midtown home in Memphis truly IS absolutely stunning. Staying there brought to mind the movie “Christmas in Connecticut” -look it up! This home is ready to host grand dinner parties, stocked with beautiful table linens for the exquisite dining room. Lounge in the grand living room by the gas fireplace while visiting with friends. A sunroom has a large round table perfect for morning coffee. The three bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms are grand, the main suite is an elegant escape. Upstairs you’ll find a media room with three large massage recliners in front of a large screen as well as a treadmill for those who can’t sit still! The huge back yard is quite a hidden treasure. The home is on a busy street but we didn’t notice once inside. An electric gate secures the back drive and yard. This area of town is filled with beautiful historic architecture, simply beautiful. Steven is a great host who is ready to meet your needs and make your stay perfect. "

"We rented both properties (2 halves of a duplex) for a place for wedding guests. Could have used more mirrors for getting ready (only mirrors were in the bathrooms, no full length). Great location for our needs. Was clean, but a bare bones place in furnishings, towels (provided, but minimal), and kitchen supplies. Hopefully, check in issues will not be an issue for future guests. (Keypad didn't work on one side, and required contacting property manager. It did get resolved but was the next day before we had full functionality). A market, restaurants, and food trucks were across the street and were nice to have right there. Good value property. Would stay here again. "

"The stay was very comfortable, everything was clean . Rachel communicated very well about where everything was .. Rachel made everything easy , everything was modern, there was kitchen supplies in the bathrooms were clean and she also provided hygiene products as far as the fire pit everything was cool except there wasn’t a lot of lighter fluid . There wasn’t a lot of laundry detergent in the laundry room either but the washer and dryer worked perfectly fine. The game room was used. The food so I made it convenient for everyone sitting in the game room. I definitely would recommend it to my family and friends and anyone whose visiting in Memphis."
