My large family goes to Mentone every Thanksgiving but this year my husband and I wanted a private place to really get away from it all and this gorgeous location really hit the mark. It has all the amenities you could possibly need but if you are a streaming junkie like we are I’d bring your Roku stick. The beds are great, the couch is comfy, the kitchen is fully outfitted, the water pressure is just right and the jacuzzi was delightful! Nothing like cold weather……

“Wonderful getaway! We were able to land the cabin on a last minute and brief trip to enjoy the beauty and color of Mentone in the fall. The cabin was warm and comfortable and inviting -- and already decked out with a Christmas tree, which was a wonderful surprise. Its location was perfect for enjoying the local restaurants and visiting the Brow at Sunset, Desoto Falls and Little River Canyon, Fort Payne and other attractions. “This was our second stay at a different property that this host owns... what a fabulous cabin!! The key word to describe the location is REMOTE! We really wanted to unplug from the daily grind on our wedding anniversary so it was absolutely perfect for romantic solitude. What really surprised us was how luxurious the property is!
