“The pictures do not do the home justice! It’s gorgeous! The bedrooms are huge! Very comfortable and clean. Encourage everyone to look up the history of Perryville during your stay!”

“Good size kitchen and master bedroom...big tv..comfy couch...nice dining table...quiet and private.”

“The property was lovely and a wonderful home base for our bourbon trail trip. It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. This was my first VRBO stay and was so easy and smooth. It was a great experience.”

“It has dirty dishes in the cabinet and old food left in the fridge and freezer. The outside is extremely over grown.”

“The property was exactly as described. We spent four days at this amazing place, intending to see the local area, which we did for two days. The other two days we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of coffee and fresh bread. The space was clean and big enough for the two of us. Judith was available but not bothersome. We will definitely be back.”

“Hot tub was nuts lots of ticks tho scary”

“Perfect location for walking around Lawrenceburg. Comfortable & quiet!”

“Had a lovely stay at the tiny house. It’s so charming and peaceful.”

“Great place to relax with the family - especially if they’re into LOTR. Our kids loved it and the host was great. Very welcoming and responsive.”
