「Good」

「早晨安排超滿意，服務態度非常有禮貌。食物質素滿意。地方保持乾淨環境舒適」

「Most staff were polite and courteous. One staff told me the hotel had no glass cups when I requested, only paper and plastic cups. The next day upon check out another staff told me there were glass cups available upon request. Which is it?」

「Good clean room. Shops in walkable distance, yet quiet community. Staff was very friendly and responsive. I recommend others stay.」

「可惜沒有洗衣設施」

「The location was perfect - across from the Shopping Mall. 」

「Overall justify the price.」

「Great location, near shopping centre and sky train, only 7-8 minutes walk 」

「Bathroom does not have hand shower not convenient for female travellers. Upgrade is needed for the bathroom」

「The hotel shuttle driver was very rude. I was told to wait at the airport at the 40th minute of the hour. I was there at 35th minute. The shuttle arrived early and was about to leave. I waved and asked the shuttle to stop. The driver was very angry, saying words that he shouldn't have said. I did nothing wrong, I was even early. It's that he was early. Regardless, he shouldn't have said what he has said. I will avoid this hotel next time so that I won't need to take their shuttle again.」

「The room was decent but it needs soundproof upgrade as you can see the gaps in the door, so sound leak is frequent. 」

「The air conditioner is too noise and too close to the bed.」
