excellent access to the beach and a beautiful view ! The pool area was also wonderful. Keep in mind a lot of these units are managed by property management groups therefore the only thing the staff is good for is checking in and out. We started with an issue with our deposit because of a hold they wanted to put on my cc, we were not permitted to check in until taken care of, which I was trying to do via my phone, I was given a number to call for help ,but no answer ever. instructions on operating pin pad on the door lock left out a step that we did figure out on our own. Upon entering we noticed that we were given 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 beach towels. This was for 2 adults ,booked for 3 nights . There was no regular housekeeping, had to contact the property management group to get more.The TV was going in and out green and was impossible to watch, once again contacted them, sent maintenance that came in and took a photo of the screen and said internet antenna and left, contacted office again later to let them know issue was not fixed, needless to say we never heard another word and had a green TV for the duration of our stay. The elevator situation in this building is horrible! 4 elevators , 16 floors I believe and 1 or 2 elevators working. One guest expressed to us that it took her 3 hrs from the time of check in to get to her room due to the elevator issues. Always told they were working on it. If confirmation comes from Boutique apartments BEWare!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our room. It is outdated, and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Lots of touch up paint badly done. No towel racks in the bathroom. No thermostat control. Whatever they use to clean has a pungent odour that lasted the entire stay. Not enough coffee pods supplied for our stay. Upon arriving there were only two elevators in service for an extremely large crowd of people checking in, and the elevator we got on did not stop at our floor although we punched in the floor number. I will not be recommending the boutique apartment to anyone.

Room is dirty, beds are super uncomfortable, the lobby is super old and smell of moist is everywhere. The front desk is not useful for anything. It has all Hotels cons; rules and regulations but no pros, no clean sheets or good quality pillows. The only good thing is location

The place needs updating, fresh paint, good cleaning etc. The room was spacious but the fridge did not work. The mattress's were terrible and need to be replaced. There were plenty of pots and pans but no cooktop! The location is good but the photos look so much nicer than the reality! Lastly it too forever to check in.

The room is nice, the view is spectacular, it has a pool, direct access to the beach and many mini shops inside however at night even though I turned off the air conditioning I felt cold, the staff was friendly and as for the valet parking it is not bad but if you leave at the times when you check in, check out or in the evenings you have to wait longer than normal the same with the elevators, but for the price I feel satisfied

We noticed visible mold in the closet on our second day of the stay, after experiencing headaches and nausea while in the room. Once we realized the likely cause, it made us very uncomfortable continuing to stay there. We immediately went to the front desk after noticing the mold but were informed that room issues cannot be handled there and that all concerns must go through the host. The host did respond and sent maintenance midday the following day, who stated the issue was fixed. However, despite our ongoing health concerns, we requested a room change multiple times and were not offered an alternative room or a refund. We also contacted Expedia, who reached out to the host on our behalf, but the refund request was denied. The kitchen area was very outdated. The mini fridge was not working and was turned sideways, appearing broken. We also attempted to use the TV, but the remote only worked for power and input, and the TV was left set to Spanish with no way to properly adjust it. This isn’t something guests should have to discover on their own, especially since mold can impact health. While the room appeared mostly clean at first glance, the mold issue, outdated amenities, and limited resolution options ultimately overshadowed most of the experience. That said, the valet parking, pool, and beach access were convenient and did help make the stay more manageable. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed more proactively for future guests.

La habitación no tiene una higiene , se encuentra en muy malas condiciones pero la limpieza pésima no hsy comunicación con el arrendatario solicite dos mantas jamás , el baño bota agua contante , no hay extractor , la cocina tampoco tiene extractor funciona una sola hornilla lo peor es limpieza porque si limpieza ayudará muy buena pocicion cerca de playa pero por lo menos girasoles suite no lo recomiendo vi la habitación del lado y estaba muy limpia tenía mantas y condiciones estaban mejores para las personas que vi mis fuera y muchos vamos cosas médicas pasé mucho trabajo por la mala higiene
