This property is at a great location, it’s literally right on the beach. They have been remodeling and it shows. Very nice floors and counters in the kitchenettes. The walls are PAPER THIN, however and it sounds like the loud people walking in the hall @3AM are in your room screaming. We heard the neighbors on both sides of us (even at 3AM). Bathrooms could use new doors as the bottoms look like the original door that was just repainted. The beds are firm and pillows are soft. This is not my 1st stay however noise wise this has been the worst.

First arrival of valet advises you one price for overnight parking then inside reception advises another amount. Hotel room was disgusting, smelt like smoke, extremely dirty with hair on floor, mold in bathroom and stains on bed sheets. We were switched to another room and when arriving to room a hotel representative was in the room spraying to mask any odors. Staff was rude and unhelpful when asking how to access pool and beach. Valet took over 25 mins to get your car then stood there expecting you to tip. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would be staying at again.

In terrible need of renovations. Not much can be done by management about that. Room not cleaned on the first night. Complained to management. I suggested that something could be offered to help make things right. Did not hear back. Room was cleaned the following nights however on our last night, they failed to replenish clean towels. I can stomach the dilapidated condition of the hotel if service were outstanding. And that proved to not be the case at all.

The room is very bad, dirty, and smells dirty. The staff is not helpful. My experience was very bad in this hotel. On the first day, they gave us a room that was not the same room that I had booked. On the second day, they gave us our room that we had booked, and they did not clean the room until after a phone call to remind them to clean the room. I had to cancel the reservation. We left a day early due to the bad condition of the hotel

The plumbing needed attention (in my unit.) The tub was barely draining. Bathroom could use renovation. Main thing I disliked is the fact that the GYM closes very early, at 8pm. I don’t see a reason for such early closure, while most hotels (even in the same area) are 24hrs. My only guess is because they have the restrooms and sauna inside as well; safety concern during the night hours.
