Dynamic Pricing

1. None of the tvs worked/fixed 3rd day of 4 day stay 2. Inet user name and password provided were wrong 3. Inet took three days to remedy 4. You cannot reach Property management they use offshore call center in Phillipines 5. Had open 5th day but tried to gouge me using "dynamic pricing" to justify 300% higher pricing. 6. Unit in much rougher shape than pictures. VRBO refuses to allow customers to attach pictures to protect their owner relationships and maintain revenue on sites that would suffer if you could see the real thing....... 7. Provided basics but no laundry detergent and not enough towels. 8. SUV parking is unbelieveably tight, toughest parking ever had. Literally 2" on each side of opening to get my SUV in the "SUV parking". Pics would be worth a 1000 words again.......you must let your passengers out of car before parking in spots or they cannot get out. 9. Lobby Concierge not functioning. 10. Door entry delay on garage door last 1 sec literally is too short especially with your hands full....

luxurious place to stay right on the water.

Fantastic spot. The building is fully automated, but the Sextant team is very hands on when/if anything comes up. It is obvious that they take good care of their properties and run a tight ship, including guest policies. Ours was a business trip and this was just right for that. If you have partying in mind, this would probably not be the choice for you. 5/5 on all accounts. luxurious place to stay right on the water.

The stay at the Sextant Stays Miami location was outstanding & amazing, loved the views from the very elegant designed apartment with water bodies surrounded, all views from living balcony, master bedroom and the kind of guest room pamper and toiletry items were great in quality, felt so safe with property access restrictions and care that gave our family a peaceful sleep, central location to all tourist attractions a great plus, the quick follow-up from customer care on any simple clarifications or asks were very prompt with attentive care. The interaction with Kevin, the property manager from Sextant Stays was amazing experience, he ensured he availed us with best customer care ever possible to make a pleasant, safe and happy stay with Sextant Stays! Would love to come back sooner next time! Excited to give 5 out of 5 for all categories of services.

Wonderful Views

Waking up to that beautiful view made the stay worth every dollar. The way the sun rises over the bay is breathtaking. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. I will be back.
