"Hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly, very professional. Maya at the front desk was terrific and so helpful. Our room was clean and quiet and we had a lovely view of the city. We had breakfast three times at Toros the hotel restaurant and the manager Geraldo was wonderful to us. The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. It was obvious that Geraldo takes great pride in this establishment and runs it beautifully. Xavier was our waiter and he was very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and this fine restaurant for anyone wanting to have a wonderful experience in Chicago. "

"We have a Freshman attending UIC this year…literally 3 blocks from her dorm! But the water pressure in the showers leave A LOT to be desired..We have better water pressure in our RV shower..But that’s my only complaint "
