"I listed positive and negative from my current May 2026 trip to Nickelodian resort in Punta Cana. Positive; * Clean resort that is well maintained. * Nice rooms that have maid service daily. * Excellent waterpark for young children (2-13ish) * Restaurants other than buffet (when they are open!) * Costume characters for youth. Negative: * Restaurants that are closed for days (including the buffet) * overpriced upcharge on numerous items/events (meals, dining with characters, etc) * about 20 percent of the staff downright unfriendly (especially at Aqua Bites) * Childrens shows at night can be as short as 3 minutes long. * Website needs some major upgrading! If you have young children they will love it! I If you have older children or you want to go as an adult, you have much better options at the same if not better cost. I would give my overall rating of the resort a 2.5 out of 5 stars."

"El hotel es nuevo, tiene una arquitectura moderna, bien diseñado, habitaciones, lobbys, bares, restaurantes, todo bien diseñado e impecable. El servicio del personal es inmejorable, excelente. Debieron colocar mas palmas para generar mas sombras, el sol es muy muy fuerte. Y me desencantó la playa, debieron cubrir con arena una sección rocosa frente al hotel, prácticamente es un hotel sin playa para bañarse."

"The majority of the staff were nice, food was good, the rooms needed maintenance, we stayed 2 days without A/C, and because I was persistent they changed the room otherwise they were always “fixing the problem” without outcome. We couldn’t use the beach, it was full of algae, which they “cleaned” and still didn’t resolve the problem. Do not recommend."
