“Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest.”

“The resort was absolutely perfect. If you want a beautiful place to go and just relax while enjoying what the resort has to offer, Ti Kaye was phenomenal! If you wanted to go off resort, booking excursions was incredibly easy too. The staff was unbelievably professional and delightful, you felt truly appreciated and taken care of. St Lucia definitely stole our hearts, I couldn’t recommend the island and resort more! It was really an excellent experience through and through!”

“I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. The employee helping us stopped halfway through our check-in to take a phone call, leaving us waiting nearly 40 minutes before returning with no apologies or additional information about the resort. Our room wasn’t ready for almost 4 hours. While I understand delays happen, what was frustrating was being told……

“You must enjoy the outdoors and all it comes with (birds, iguanas, insects, etc) when staying here. The property is beautiful. This was my first time experiencing no Ac or 4th wall. The breeze and fans kept the room cool. I advise to turn off all lights at night and bring plenty of bug spray to keep the insects away. Everyone from the staff to the locals were very nice and extremely welcoming. Special shoutout to Myles from the pool bar, Miguel who accompanied us on our excursions, and the……

The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical scenery, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island’s natural beauty. “Stunning view on a beautiful property. The room was spacious with a friendly team. A great place to rest and rejuvenate. Absolutly enjoyed my time there.”

“The resort was OK. The food was good, but you could tell the property needed some updates for basic wear and tear. The worst part was the staff. Most ever unhelpful and just stood around, especially at check-in. When someone finally helped us, it was a sprint and they didn't even tell us about some of them perks they offered since it was our Honeymoon, that we found out about later. For me, I wouldn't go back because of the poor service.”

“We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
