“The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there. “We spent 5 days at Fond Doux and had a wonderful time! The staff was professional and friendly. We thought our room was spacious, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and there was a great variety food and service was excellent. We spent a lot of time exploring the area and coming back to Fond Doux felt like coming home. We loved the pools and we enjoyed the bar! ”
