“I’ve traveled around the world in many Caribbean islands. I absolutely loved this place! The people were genuine and kind they had everything you can absolutely think of that you needed. The food was great the quality of restaurants and service the three large pools. I know there are issues with the seaweed so you don’t get to enjoy the beach as much as you’d like, but there are areas that are absolutely beautiful. I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
