"Visitamos el hotel en diciembre, hicimos un tour de 4 horas en una camioneta Toyota, la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable, el tour definitivamente vale la pena. llegamos al hotel a hacer el check in, moríamos de hambre y no tenían nada de comer hasta las 6:30pm, pienso que deberían tener alguna barra de snaks para venta. El concepto está muy padre pero les falta mantenimiento, la puerta de la entrada se atoraba y nos costaba trabajo salir, las burbujas ya no son 100% transparentes se ven...

"Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . Everywhere needed a...

"Comfortable beds, showers were clean. Rooms were spacious. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. "

"We knew what to expect as a desert camp. Accomodation was as expected. Our first room had an issue with the smell so the staff organised us in a new room. No problem and they were very helpful. The only issue about our whole stay was that one of the more senior staff was unhappy about something and yelled for sometimes after the staff and was very loud and we fell really bad about it.It's really unfortunate as it put a dark cloud on our stay. Everything else was good about our stay."
