「I booked on the day of arriving (weekday) within a hour I had all the information needed for entry. Rooms were clean. BBQ grill, cooking utensils, kayaks, rowboat and bicycles are there to enjoy. Property is on a private road so there is very little traffic and noise was non-existent. The lady on property was so sweet and made my stay that much more enjoyable. If you enjoy being outside, you will see deer, they are everywhere and will walk up to you. Nature at its finest, so pleasant. Sign on...

「Value for money: Fair This is a unit in a 3-unit divided house, not a cottage as described. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a good size, located a convenient drive to Key West. We enjoyed our stay.」

The RV itself could use a little TLC as there was some peeling laminate edges around the dining room table. But for the location, amenities and cost, it was great! 」

「This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. 」

「Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.」

「The property needed a deep clean, dirty AC grills, etc. space needs to be updated. It served us well as a "motel" space, but lacked the upkeep and quality for a vacation space.」
