“House was cute. I did not like the front windows because I felt like people could see in at night if they wandered onto the property. Location was ok….not thrilled with being right on the highway.”

“Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.”

“This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. ”

“Positive: large house, dock area on the water, good Keys location, functional. Negative: garbage around the property, not nearly as clean inside as should have been, old stained couches, the most minimal extra consumables possible. For what we paid, it was quite disappointing. Total lack of cohesive look & feel. ”

“The house was very nicely decorated, and the park’s amenities were great. We loved it! Feedback:We were 4 adults and ran out of toilet paper. Host provided more immediately. Hand soap in bathrooms were almost empty/empty at time of arrival. Host made it right. Only 3 pods for laundry provided.. again, 4 adults for 7 days. Only a Keurig available but no coffee. You would need to bring your own. We have stayed in many VRBOs and have always had some type of welcome baskets with essentials you may……

“Excellent location - clean, quiet, well-kept community. Boat launch was key for us. Pool and beach looked very nice, but we didn't use. The unit is as described and has a nice patio out back that we used every day.”

“Absolutely had a blast! This place is tucked perfectly to where you are around 40 minutes from Key West and 40 minutes from Marathon.The place was clean, the owner was helpful to answer questions in a timely manner and it was just a cozy little spot. We have stayed in the Venture out parks before with no complaints and I have no complaints for our stay here! There is a 125 amenity fee required upon arrival, but all in all, everything is well taken care of and I was informed of it prior to……
