“The house is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the location. We met the owner while we were at the gated community and he was very accommodating. You can kayak right out back, there are great views from the pool which was kept nice and cool during the summer. We highly recommend this place. Just be sure to secure a place to park your trailer before you arrive if you’re bringing a boat. We did have some issues with the initial property manager, but the owner took over with communication……

“Loved it. Would have stayed forever if it was possible. It really felt like home while we were there. Lots of supplies and equipment at the house. Pool is amazing and is such an oasis. Host provides a ton of information about restaurants and things to while there. Property manager shows you around personally. We will definitely recommend the place to anyone and will be saving up for our next visit.”

“My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time. ”

“The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys.”

“We loved our time on the sailboat this April! The boat was a great fit for us, and our daughter loved sleeping in a sailboat. The kayaks there allowed us to paddle and explore othr nearby canals. Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well. A great time in a ideal location onlyba few minutes from Key West. We look forward to being……

“This is by far the best property we have rented in Venture Out. Everything was amazing, everything was well thought out, super clean, and the extra little thoughtful touches went a long way! We really enjoyed the complimentary pie and the book was very well put together and helpful!”
